This page assembles registry identity and authority evidence for review. It does not establish that your counterparty is the same party, decide whether a restriction applies to a transaction, or replace the latest issuing-authority publication.
Registry source evidence
Each list has its own scope. Confirm the party's identity and the current issuing-authority record before relying on a restriction.
Licence requirement. A BIS licence is required for items subject to the EAR. Review policy and item scope vary by entry and must be verified against the official Entity List.
Measure-specific nonproliferation sanctions. The operative procurement, assistance, import, or export measures depend on the underlying State Department determination.
Current Swiss sanctions status is unavailable while source interpretations are corrected and verified. Stored dates cannot establish listing or effective dates.
Blocking sanctions. Property and interests in property are blocked where US jurisdiction applies. OFAC’s 50 Percent Rule may extend blocking to owned entities.

Listing/start dates are reported in the captured source; their meaning varies by list. Observation dates describe retained evidence; they are not effective dates or proof of the latest check. Official list references are separate from the retained entity evidence and do not establish its latest status. Inspect source records and dates →
